Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 13 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from 29ice.com and use of the website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.
1 About us and contact details
29ice.com is operated by Trixure Group Limited, trading as 29ICE, a company registered in [JURISDICTION OF INCORPORATION] under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with registered office at [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Contact us at hello@29ice.com.
2 Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place or approve the order. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login details and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
3 Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary by screen. Packaging may change. Product dimensions and compatibility should be checked before purchase. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities for legitimate operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
4 How the contract is formed
You submit an order by completing checkout and authorising payment.
Our order acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not acceptance unless it expressly says so.
A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, or otherwise expressly accept the order.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because an item is unavailable, a price or description is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, delivery restrictions apply, or fraud is suspected. If we have taken payment, we will refund it.
5 Prices, tax and payment
Prices and delivery charges are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include applicable UK VAT where required. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment may be processed by Stripe, card networks or the wallet provider displayed at checkout. A temporary authorisation may appear before capture.
If a price is obviously wrong and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may reject the order or contact you for instructions before dispatch. Promotions, vouchers and loyalty benefits are subject to their displayed conditions, expiry dates and eligibility rules and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
6 Delivery
Available destinations, methods, charges and current estimates are shown at checkout and on our Delivery and Returns page. Insert the agreed service standards here: [UK DELIVERY ESTIMATES] and [NIGERIA DELIVERY ESTIMATES]. Unless a different time is agreed, UK consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days.
You must provide a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are received by the consumer or a person they nominate, except an independent carrier selected by the consumer outside our offered options. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.
For international orders, specify before publication and at checkout: [STATE WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE OR EXCLUDE IMPORT DUTY, TAX, CLEARANCE AND CARRIER FEES, AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM]. Delays caused by customs or authorities may be outside our control, but we will provide reasonable assistance.
7 Cancelling a UK online order
UK consumers usually have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us they wish to cancel without giving a reason. If one order is delivered in separate lots, the period normally runs from receipt of the last lot. After notifying us, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel, email hello@29ice.com with your name, order number, items and clear cancellation statement, or use the model form below. Send returns to [RETURNS ADDRESS] only after following our return instructions. [CONFIRM WHETHER CUSTOMER OR 29ICE PAYS CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN POSTAGE]. We may require reasonable evidence of posting.
We will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable, within the legally required period. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence they were sent back. We may reduce the refund for handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
8 Exceptions to change-of-mind cancellation
The cancellation right may not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods; perishable goods; sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; sealed audio, video or software once unsealed; and other legally exempt items. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
9 Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. UK consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. Contact hello@29ice.com promptly with the order number and evidence of the issue. We will cover reasonable return costs where the law requires. Statutory rights are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.
10 Returns handling
Return items securely with all components and reasonable proof of purchase. Do not send personal data on a returned device; back up and erase devices where possible and remove account locks. We are not responsible for data left on returned products except where law says otherwise. Our Delivery and Returns page may add operational instructions but cannot reduce statutory rights.
11 Product safety and recalls
Follow all instructions and warnings supplied with a product. If we or a competent authority announces a safety recall, stop using the affected product and follow the recall instructions. We may contact purchasers using order details for important safety information.
12 Website use and intellectual property
29ICE and its branding, website text, graphics, photographs, software and layout are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial shopping use. You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, frame, exploit or misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or use automated purchasing tools without written permission.
13 Reviews and user content
Content you submit must be honest, relevant, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights or disclose unnecessary personal information. You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display the content for operating and promoting 29ICE. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms or law.
14 Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or lack of reasonable care, but not loss that was not foreseeable. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer use. Business customers should request separate business terms.
15 Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, tell you where appropriate and preserve any cancellation or refund right required by law.
16 Changes, severability and enforcement
The terms applying to an order are those accepted at checkout. We may update website-use terms prospectively. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Only you and we may enforce these terms unless law provides otherwise.
17 Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A UK consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live. Customers elsewhere retain any mandatory local consumer rights that apply to them. Contact hello@29ice.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Add any approved alternative-dispute-resolution provider here: [ADR PROVIDER OR DELETE THIS SENTENCE].
