Cookie Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Trixure Group Limited, trading as 29ICE, uses cookies and similar technologies on 29ice.com. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and server-side identifiers. They can recognise a device, remember preferences, keep a basket working, measure site use and help assess advertising.
2 How we use them
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
| Strictly necessary | Security, network management, checkout, basket, account login, payment flow and recording privacy choices. | Normally set without consent because the requested service cannot operate without them. |
| Functional | Remember optional preferences and enhanced site features. | Used with consent where required. |
| Analytics | Understand visits, journeys, errors and performance so we can improve the site. This may include Google Analytics 4. | Used with consent where required. |
| Advertising | Measure campaigns, limit repetition and support relevant advertising. This may include Meta and TikTok technologies. | Used only after the required consent. |
3 Services that may set or receive identifiers
29ICE, WordPress and WooCommerce for store operation, accounts, basket and checkout;
CookieYes for the consent banner, preferences and consent records;
Stripe and other checkout providers for payment, security and fraud prevention;
Google Analytics 4 for consented audience and performance measurement;
Meta Pixel and Conversions API for consented advertising measurement; and
TikTok Pixel and Events API for consented advertising measurement.
The exact cookies, providers, purposes and lifetimes can change as services update. The current website scan and detailed inventory should be displayed through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Run a fresh CookieYes scan immediately before publication and after adding or changing plugins, tags or advertising tools.
4 Your choices
When required, non-essential cookies are disabled until you make a choice. You can accept, reject or select categories in the banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our preference tool because they support services you request.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may stop basket, login, payment or security functions from working. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent server-side processing, so use our website preference control as well.
5 Retention and third-party controls
Session cookies expire when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain for the period shown in the live Cookie Settings inventory unless deleted sooner. Third parties may act as processors or, for some purposes, independent controllers. Their own notices explain their processing and controls.
6 Legal basis
We use strictly necessary storage or access where permitted to provide a service you request. For non-essential cookies and similar technologies, we rely on consent where required by the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and data-protection law. Other jurisdictions may provide additional choices.
7 Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technology, providers or law changes. The current version will appear here with a new update date. Questions can be sent to hello@29ice.com or [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS].
